One of our young people, Jack, represented Gwent at the Scout UK Youth Forum
Jack, who is part of Tredegar Scouts, represented young people at the Scouts UK Youth Forum at Oxford University last weekend alongside other young people from across the UK.
The UK Youth Forum is all about putting young people in the driver’s seat.
It brings together young people from across the UK to hear their voices, exchange ideas, and explore solutions that will shape the future of the movement.
The UK Youth Forum plays a key part in ensuring young people have a voice at all levels of Scouts.
Jack said: “I’m here to make sure everyone’s ideas are paid attention to.
It’s important to listen to young people, so we can decide our own futures.”
